MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Ada Nwoku

Dr. Ada Nwoku has called Georgia home for over twenty years. She attended the University of Pennsylvania (PENN) School of Dental Medicine, where she received her DMD, and has practiced general dentistry for the past sixteen years. Ada and her husband have two children. Their daughter is in high school, where she’s an honor student, loves volleyball and plays the mellophone and French horn in the marching band. Their son is in middle school. He plays the trumpet in the band and loves playing basketball and Nintendo Switch. Ada enjoys traveling around the world and experiencing the various cuisines offered. Relaxing on a beach would be an excellent day for her. 

In 2013, Ada started her first practice, Kidztown Dental in the Marietta/Powder Springs area. She absolutely loves being part of that community and providing optimal dental care at her clinic as well as participating in health fairs, back to school programs and providing free health screenings to our neighbors. This past August, she opened a second location, Hillside Family Dentistry on the corner of Cobb Parkway and Cedar Crest/Awtrey Church Road in Acworth. “We’re really excited to be a part of this community and can’t wait to make new friends and provide excellent care to the families in Acworth,” Ada states.

Dr. Nwoku loves her profession and the care she renders, but what she loves the most are the relationships she has established and built with her patients and community. “I am excited to be in Acworth, and can’t wait to take care of all your dental needs.”
